(gordo) / At February 15, 2013 14:23 purchased a harness for my dog a little under two weeks ago ,
After going for a walk with him thismorning the harness would not
release . I walked him back to the shop to see what the problem
was with the collar - response - "Your fault to bad out you go"
What a way to treat a loyal customer , I shop a lot in this store and
was shocked at the way I was treated , the purchase I made with
the harness was over 100 euro's . All I ask for is a little respect
for a loyal customer . Last point to make is the store should not
cast blame on the customer with a reason that did not make sense
the collar was closed sqauared off - therefore was clipped in correctly
Total disgrace . If you want a fishing rod - trust me do not buy it here
because if it is faulty - it will be your fault , not the stores .Rating:
